Settlement Process
What to do when property damage occurs.
If you wish to file a property damage claim, your claim should include:
Claimant information
(name, address, phone,
email)
Contract
Number
Who is filing the
claim
Description of the
damage
Any supporting
documentation
Once
information on a claim is received, an investigation is started to determine if
Specialized Transportation Inc. is liable. The claimant will receive a call
from an STI representative within 2 business days of the date that the
claim form is received in our office.
